Refund Policy

Last Updated: June 2026

At Remote Stallion LLC (“Remote Stallion,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to providing professional digital services and maintaining transparent client relationships.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services purchased from Remote Stallion LLC.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Service-Based Business

Remote Stallion LLC provides professional services including, but not limited to:

  • Website Design & Development
  • Branding & Graphic Design
  • AI Automation Solutions

Because our services involve professional expertise, planning, strategy, labor, creative work, development time, and resource allocation, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

Deposits and Initial Payments

Project deposits, setup fees, onboarding fees, discovery fees, strategy fees, and initial payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These payments compensate Remote Stallion for project scheduling, research, planning, consultation, resource allocation, and work performed prior to delivery.

Project Services

Refund requests for project-based services will be evaluated based on the work completed at the time of the request.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed work
  • Delivered milestones
  • Approved designs
  • Approved concepts
  • Approved revisions
  • Services already rendered
  • Client-requested changes after work has commenced
  • Delays caused by the client
  • Failure to provide required content, approvals, or information
  • Failure to utilize purchased services
  • Change of mind after project commencement

If a project is canceled before significant work has begun, a partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion after deducting labor costs, administrative expenses, transaction fees, and any work already completed.

Client Inactivity

Clients are responsible for providing requested information, content, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner.

If a client becomes unresponsive for more than thirty (30) consecutive days, the project may be placed on hold.

If inactivity exceeds sixty (60) consecutive days, the project may be considered abandoned and closed.

Payments made prior to abandonment are non-refundable.

Additional fees may apply if the project is later resumed

Digital Deliverables

Due to the nature of custom digital services, all sales of completed deliverables are final.

Once websites, designs, branding assets, graphics, automation workflows, AI systems, reports, strategies, campaigns, or other digital deliverables have been delivered, they are not eligible for refunds.

Lead Generation Services

Remote Stallion uses commercially reasonable efforts to assist clients with lead generation and business growth initiatives.

However, we do not guarantee:

  • Lead volume
  • Appointment volume
  • Conversion rates
  • Sales performance
  • Revenue increases
  • Advertising performance
  • Business growth
  • Specific business outcomes

Because results depend on numerous factors outside our control, refunds will not be issued solely because expected business results were not achieved.

AI Automation Services

Certain services may involve AI automation, AI voice agents, machine learning tools, workflow automation, and third-party software platforms.

Remote Stallion does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific performance outcomes, or business results from automation systems.

Refunds will not be issued solely because automation tools, AI systems, or third-party platforms fail to meet subjective expectations or anticipated results.

Recurring Services

For recurring services, maintenance plans, marketing campaigns, automation management, or ongoing support services:

  • Clients may cancel future services by providing written notice at least seven (7) days before the next billing date.
  • Fees already charged for the current billing period are non-refundable.
  • Services will remain active through the paid service period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Remote Stallion before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal request.

By purchasing services, clients acknowledge that custom services may begin immediately after project initiation.

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for services that have been partially or fully performed.

Unauthorized chargebacks for services already rendered may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of services
  • Removal of deliverables where legally permissible
  • Collection efforts where permitted by law
  • Submission of project documentation and communications as evidence in dispute proceedings

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, Remote Stallion may deduct:

  • Payment processing fees
  • Transaction fees
  • Currency conversion fees
  • Administrative expenses
  • Labor costs already incurred
  • Third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client

where permitted by applicable law.

Ownership Following Refund

If a refund is issued, whether partial or full, the client shall not retain, use, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, or otherwise benefit from any deliverables, concepts, designs, branding assets, websites, automation systems, strategies, reports, or intellectual property created by Remote Stallion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare situations, Remote Stallion may choose to issue a full or partial refund at its sole discretion.

Any refund issued under exceptional circumstances does not create an obligation to provide refunds in future situations.

Each request will be reviewed individually based on the nature of the project, work completed, and surrounding circumstances.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Changes to This Policy

Remote Stallion reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
