The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and requirements for each project will be outlined in a proposal, invoice, agreement, statement of work, or written communication between the parties.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Supply content, assets, credentials, access, and approvals when requested.
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner.
  • Ensure they possess all necessary rights to materials provided to Remote Stallion.
  • Review deliverables and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe.

Project timelines may be impacted by delays in receiving required information, content, approvals, or access from the client.

Project Delays and Client Inactivity

Clients are responsible for maintaining communication throughout the project.

If a client becomes unresponsive for more than thirty (30) consecutive days, Remote Stallion may place the project on hold.

If inactivity exceeds sixty (60) consecutive days, the project may be considered abandoned and closed. Fees paid prior to abandonment are non-refundable, and additional fees may apply if the project is later resumed.

Quotes and Proposals

All proposals, quotations, estimates, and pricing are valid only for the period stated within the applicable document unless otherwise specified.

Requests outside the approved scope may require revised pricing, additional fees, and adjusted timelines.

Payments

Clients agree to pay all fees according to the agreed payment schedule.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Projects may require an upfront deposit before work begins.
  • Ongoing services may be billed monthly or according to the agreed schedule.
  • Final deliverables may be withheld until all outstanding balances have been paid.
  • Late payments may result in project delays, service suspension, or termination.
  • Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental fees.

Revisions and Scope Changes

Reasonable revisions may be included as specified within the project agreement.

Additional revisions, feature requests, change requests, or work outside the approved scope may result in:

  • Additional fees
  • Revised timelines
  • Updated project requirements

Remote Stallion reserves the right to assess and approve all scope modifications.

Lead Generation Disclaimer

Remote Stallion provides lead generation services using commercially reasonable efforts.

However, we do not guarantee:

  • Lead volume
  • Appointment volume
  • Conversion rates
  • Sales performance
  • Revenue increases
  • Advertising performance
  • Business growth
  • Specific business outcomes

Any estimates, projections, examples, case studies, or performance discussions are provided for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as guarantees.

Artificial Intelligence and Automation Services

Certain services may utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning technologies, automation systems, AI voice agents, or third-party AI platforms.

Remote Stallion does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

Clients remain solely responsible for reviewing, approving, monitoring, and verifying all AI-generated content, communications, recommendations, and automated actions before use.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all applicable fees, ownership of final approved deliverables will transfer to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Remote Stallion retains ownership of:

  • Preliminary concepts
  • Draft materials
  • Unused design variations
  • Internal systems and methodologies
  • Proprietary templates
  • Frameworks
  • Processes
  • Tools and automation systems developed independently of the project

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Remote Stallion may display completed work, client names, logos, testimonials, and publicly available deliverables within its portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information shared during the course of a project.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties except:

  • As necessary to perform contracted services
  • To authorized contractors or service providers operating under confidentiality obligations
  • When required by law

Third-Party Services

Projects may rely on third-party providers including but not limited to:

  • Hosting providers
  • Domain registrars
  • Payment processors
  • Marketing platforms
  • CRM systems
  • AI providers
  • Communication tools
  • Software integrations

Remote Stallion is not responsible for:

  • Service interruptions
  • Platform outages
  • Pricing changes
  • Policy changes
  • Account suspensions
  • Security incidents caused by third-party providers

Clients remain responsible for maintaining any required subscriptions and third-party accounts.

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Remote Stallion LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Client-provided content
  • Intellectual property disputes
  • Violations of law
  • Misuse of deliverables
  • Unauthorized modifications to delivered work

Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service agreement through written notice.

Upon termination:

  • Fees for completed work become immediately due.
  • Work performed prior to termination remains billable.
  • Access to ongoing services may be suspended.
  • Deliverables may be withheld until payment obligations are satisfied.
  • Any provisions intended to survive termination shall remain enforceable.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations before pursuing formal legal action.

Changes to These Terms

Remote Stallion reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
